Welcome to MyFramework. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MyFramework website, content, memberships, and related services, including the framework library, application pages, and Advisor features.

Advisor outputs are generated to support structured thinking and are not guarantees, instructions, or professional recommendations.
5. Memberships, subscriptions, and paid access
Some features may require registration or a paid membership.
If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout
- subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled, if applicable to your billing setup
- you are responsible for managing or canceling your subscription before renewal
- access to paid features may end if payment fails or the subscription expires
Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- interfere with the security, stability, or operation of the website

Advisor and related tools may provide structured responses based on your inputs, selected frameworks, and system design.
You understand and agree that:
- outputs may be incomplete, generalized, or imperfect
- outputs may not fit every context
- you should use judgment before relying on any output
- MyFramework does not guarantee any specific result from using Advisor
You remain solely responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output.
8. Third-party services
MyFramework may rely on or link to third-party tools, payment providers, analytics providers, email services, hosting services, or other external platforms.
We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or websites, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.
9. Termination or suspension

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
